Frank and his commercial real estate team have expertly transacted hundreds of apartment buildings for his clients. Frank owns several apartment buildings. He successfully manages the properties with his professional property management team. Frank and his team have consistently achieved above market rate occupancy, rents and NOI based on a value add acquisition model, reposition blueprint, and IREM property management model. He has discount price agreements with a network of qualified legal, accounting, tradesmen and buildings suppliers which lower the apartment building expenses.

Frank's largest project to date has been to successfully reposition an underperforming 468 unit apartment building. Frank with a team of contractors, maintenance and management staff successfully turned around the building while staying within budget, maintaining market rate rents and occupancy.
Education: Frank majored in Business and Marketing at Brigham Young University and Stanford University.
Frank owns and maintains his real estate portfolio with an average occupancy of 97% with market rate rents.
