Frank Stewart is one Utah's top producing Real Estate Investment
Specialists and is the senior member of The Tollstrup Group's
Investment Division.
Frank attended Brigham Young University. He has taught classes on
Real Estate Investment and Principles of Property Management.
Frank has a wide range of experience in sales, marketing, and
property management. He has sold hundreds of investment properties
and has mentored numerous buyers and sellers to maximize their
return on investment.
Frank started investing real estate in 1981 and personally owns over
120 units giving him a wealth of property management experience.
He has an extensive background assisting clients with difficult site
acquisitions/dispositions, property management, and lease
negotiations.

Nicholas Stewart
Nicholas Stewart has a B. S. in Computer Science from Brigham Young
University.
He has a broad set of skills and experience in computer systems, web
design, accounting, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
Nicholas is a transaction specialist and assists in difficult site acquisitions and dispositions.
